Flat Fee Billing and Value Added Services

The Bae Law Group utilizes a flat fee billing system for the vast majority of our cases.  While most law firms remain tied to traditional hourly billing, our billing structure allows clients to more clearly anticipate costs and realize greater value.  We believe that by not billing for time, we encourage clearer communication and enhance client relationships.  Flat fees provide the incentive to be innovative in our processes and systems allowing maximum efficiency; they keep our fees below market rates while enabling us to provide excellent service.  In contrast, hourly billings tend to impeded efficiency; and discourage client communications.

We strive to create additional value for our clients well beyond low fees. All our clients benefit from our proprietary online case tracking and communication system which provides secure and constant access to their case status.  For corporate clients, our value based billing also includes regular corporate trainings, case reviews and telephone assistance on various immigration questions.

In addition to our software, we also provide regular news updates, FAQs and web resources on our website.  Our electronic news bulletin also keeps clients informed of current trends in immigration through more detailed and insightful articles.  These systems combine to create an environment where cases are not only processed in a expeditious manner but the client is also empowered and educated as they proceed through their immigration process.
